levels of Member services; this includes the protection of your
privacy. This statement outlines ALC’s policies relating

If you choose to join, participate in a survey, or be included
in our mailing list, you are required to provide us with certain
identifying information, such as your name, email address,
etc. Because we are committed to protecting your privacy, ALC
will not sell or rent your personal information to any third
party, unless you have provided prior permission for us to
do so.

ALC recognises that your privacy is very important to you. ALC
aims to preserve your privacy at all times. Except as outlined
below, we will not disclose your personal information to, or
utilise your personal information with any third party unless
we are required to do so by law or we, in good faith, believe
that such action is necessary to:

- Comply with
prior permission provided by you to receive information via
email and/or SMS. In this instance, your details (email address
and/or mobile number) will remain totally secure and will be
used internally to send the relevant information to you.

the personal safety or property of our Members or the public
(among other things, this means that if you provide false details
or attempt to pose as someone else, information about you may
be disclosed as part of any investigation into your actions)
As with many organisations, ALC from time-to-time relies on
third party suppliers to conduct certain activities such as mail-outs,
internet services, data processing, etc. These suppliers act
on behalf of ALC and should not use any of your personal information
to facilitate their own commercial objectives. Whilst your personal
information may be provided to these suppliers, it remains the
property of ALC and the supplier is bound by confidentiality
and non-disclosure agreements.
